This depends on the garment or item in question. But. generally the wait time is 8-12 weeks as an underpromise. 

However, delays are common and should be expected. It is best practice to preorder, forget, and thank yourself later.

Our motto here is “If you can’t wait, don’t participate.”

1. You save money. We know very well that time is money. So, when you give us your time, we give you money. Each preorder item is 10%-30% off what it will cost in the future on our main website and store.

2. Guaranteed stock. We’ve listened for the past 10 years, and the main complaint we’ve received is inventory selling out too quickly. Participating in a preorder guarantees your desired size is available for purchase.

3. Team Early. You will receive your garment or item earlier than the general public.

New preorders can become available even if past preorders are still in production or have not been delivered yet. Do not worry, we did not forget you.

We cannot change shipping addresses after your order is complete. So please triple check your address and anticipate where you would like to receive your package in accordance with the preorder timeline. 

Live updates will be posted in the product page of each preorder once the preorder window has closed. 

All sales are absolutely final. An exchange might be possible if there is a sizing issue upon receiving your item, but is not guaranteed. Please triple check the measurements provided, your personal measurements, and speak with our online community to make your best possible sizing choice.
